Room check in

We welcome you to our apartments from 4 p.m. Please be aware that our apartments do not have an on-site reception facility. Therefore, we kindly ask our guests to inform us of their expected time of arrival in advance. This is crucial to ensure that we can arrange for a smooth and personalized check-in process upon your arrival. You can provide us with this information via phone, email, or through our booking platform. Your cooperation is highly appreciated, as it helps us provide you with the best possible service during your stay.

Please vacate the apartment by 10:00 am on the day of check-out.

Accommodation of children

Children are welcome – in each apartment there is the possibility of providing an extra crib for a child (please let us know in advance if you want to use this).

Airport transfer

For an additional fee, we provide transportation from Split Airport – let us know if you need a transfer to the apartment.


In front of the building there is a parking lot – marked with spaces belonging to each apartment.

Swimming Pools

The pools operate from the first week of May to the end of October – guests are welcome all year round, but if you come at other times, please note that the pools are unavailable due to weather conditions.


The pools in the apartments are shared. Sun loungers are available for guests to make your stay by the pool more pleasant – please bring them to your apartment.


We stay at the pools without food.


It is strictly prohibited to jump into the pools.

Animals in the room

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our apartments. We strive to maintain a safe and allergen-free environment for all our guests, and as part of this policy, we are unable to accommodate pets. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Organizing parties

We kindly inform our guests that organizing parties or events in our apartments is strictly prohibited. Our apartments are located in a peaceful area, and we are committed to ensuring a tranquil and relaxing environment for all our guests. This policy helps us maintain the quality and comfort of the stay for everyone. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to this rule.

Quiet Hours

For the comfort and well-being of all our guests, we kindly remind you that quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 6 AM. During these hours, we ask our guests to be especially considerate and keep noise to a minimum. This ensures a peaceful and restful environment for everyone staying with us. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a tranquil atmosphere in our facility.
